Protea Holdings, LLC enlisted HollisBC’s environmental graphic design team for development of an under utilized parking area adjacent to a thriving retail center. The primary goal was to add signature retail, food and experiential opportunities that would enliven and add more diverse cultural influences to the center. Up to 14 adaptable space configurations were developed for maximum tenant flexibility, exceeding targeted revenue goals. The experiential activation project was designed with a modular approach for accelerated construction and turn-key tenant move-in to attract an eclectic mix of innovative start up and alternative lifestyle businesses and to cultivate a richer and more diverse dining and shopping experience.
