Little Italy North

Shop the flight path.

While not a literal interpretation, the shape for the proposed mark is inspired from the boundaries of the Little Italy North District Map. The district is a bit square, with a diagonal slice at the upper right side. Also derived from the map is the standard designation for North, a triangular arrow, which is intended to point the way. This district shape serves as a container which houses both community and activities that occur within the district. Letterforms for “little italy north” have been modified to align and lock together and are placed within the district shape, much like streets and buildings might appear on a map.
